Hamish Herd

Born in South Africa and now living and working in the United Kingdom, Hamish’s passion for art began in early childhood and has remained central to his life ever since. After studying Art History, he started his career as a secondary school Art teacher before moving into full-time professional practice. With over 25 years of experience, he remains deeply committed to craftsmanship and creative excellence. Working in both sculpture and painting, Hamish’s work is shaped and inspired by his faith, which informs every piece he creates.
